A juicy picanha burger on a brioche bun, with crispy bacon and a spicy kick from Tabasco Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients
- 2count de Brioche buns
- 2count de Picanha burger patties
- 4slices de Bacon
- 2slices de Cheese slices
- Butter
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Tabasco Sriracha sauce
Instructions
Slice the buns in half and spread butter on the cut sides.
Heat a skillet and toast the buttered sides of the buns in the skillet.
In the same skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. Drain off excess grease.
Season the burger patties with salt and place them in the skillet.
Grill the burgers to your desired doneness. Flip to brown both sides.
Place a slice of cheese over each burger and cover the skillet briefly to melt the cheese.
Assemble the burger: bottom bun, cheese-topped burger, bacon, Tabasco sauce, and the top half of the bun.
If desired, slice the burger in half and serve.
