Ingredients
- 4unit de Chocotone (Chocolate Panettone) ~R$ 10,00
- Brigadeiro (Brazilian Chocolate Truffle Filling) ~R$ 10,00
- 500grams de Melted milk chocolate ~R$ 20,00
- Icing (Glaze)
Instructions
Cut each of the four chocotones into a wedge shape, focusing on removing the two side tips (as if slicing a pizza into four pieces, but maintaining the central structure for assembly).
Dica: Only cut enough to create openings, without completely separating the slices.
Generously fill the inside openings of each chocotone with brigadeiro.
Dica: Be generous with the filling to ensure flavor.
Apply brigadeiro to only one lateral side of each slice cut in step 1.
Dica: Filling only one side will make joining the parts easier.
Join the four filled sections together to form the shape of an oversized chocotone.
Dica: Joining the parts will form the main structure.
Transfer the assembled chocotone to a decorative serving plate.
Cover the chocotone with the previously melted milk chocolate.
Finish decorating the chocotone with the icing applied over the chocolate coating.
