Ingredients
- Green beans (or Black-eyed peas)
- 1small amount de Chimichurri Sauce
- diced de Tomato
- diced de Green Tomato
- Aromatic chile pepper or yellow bell pepper
- Red onion
- lots of de Cilantro
- small amount de Bahian Seasoning Blend
- plenty of de Lime
- lots of de Olive oil
Instructions
Cook the green beans (or black-eyed peas), adding a little chimichurri sauce during the cooking process.
Transfer the cooked beans to a large bowl.
Add the diced tomato, diced green tomato, aromatic chile pepper (or yellow bell pepper), and diced red onion to the bowl.
Incorporate a good amount of chopped cilantro into the mixture.
Season the vinaigrette with a portion of Bahian Seasoning Blend.
Drench generously with plenty of lime juice and finish with a large amount of olive oil.
