Ingredients
- 400g de yuca (cooked)
- 200g de bacon
- 200g de smoked cured sausage (Calabresa style)
- 2unit de Roma tomato
- 10unit de olive
- 1unit de onion
- to taste de chives
- to taste de cilantro
- 1unit de lime (juice)
- generous drizzle de olive oil
- to taste de salt
Instructions
Quickly heat the cooked yuca for about two minutes to prepare it.
Dica: Using pre-cooked yuca saves time and energy.
Dice the warmed yuca into small pieces.
In a skillet, fry the bacon and smoked sausage until nicely browned and crispy.
Dica: Fry until it sizzles loudly, attracting the attention of the neighbors.
While frying, prepare the vegetables: dice the Roma tomatoes into cubes, removing the seeds first.
Chop the olives.
In a serving dish, combine the diced yuca, the fried bacon and sausage, the cut tomatoes, onion, chopped olives, and fresh herbs (chives and cilantro) to taste.
Season the mixture by adding the juice of one lime, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients very well until they are completely incorporated.
