Ingredients
- Ripe banana

Instructions
In a blender, add the ripe bananas and eggs.
Add the vanilla-flavored whey protein, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and culinary sweetener to the mixture in the blender.
Blend all ingredients until a smooth, uniform batter is achieved.
Dica: The final batter should have a beautiful consistency.
In a double boiler (bain-marie), melt the 70% dark chocolate along with the coconut milk, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
Stir the sauce ingredients until they are completely combined and melted.
Heat a non-stick skillet lightly greased with a little coconut oil.
Pour approximately one ladle of batter into the hot skillet and let it cook.
Dica: Do not flip the pancake until bubbles form on the surface, indicating that the center is cooking.
Flip the pancake and let it cook for another minute on the other side.
Transfer the finished pancake to a plate and cover it with a portion of the chocolate sauce.
Repeat the process to stack (approximately) three pancakes, alternating with the sauce.
Prepare a 'topping' by mixing a scoop of vanilla-flavored whey protein with cocoa powder and generously dust it over the stack of pancakes.
