Ingredients
- 1can de Sweet corn (one can)
- 1box de Heavy cream
- 1 de Butter (for rolling)
- 1 de Sugar (for coating)
Instructions
Drain all the liquid from the can of sweet corn.
Blend the drained corn along with the heavy cream in a blender until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining small lumps of texture.
Cook the mixture to brigadeiro consistency (firm texture) in the electric skillet.
