Ingredients
- 1can de sweetened condensed milk
- 1small carton de heavy cream
- 3tablespoons de powdered milk
- 1tablespoon de butter
- grape
- a little de margarine
- white chocolate sprinklesSubstitui por: outros confeitos
Instructions
With the heat off, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered milk, and butter to a saucepan.
Dica: Mix well initially until most of the powdered milk has dissolved.
Turn the heat on to medium-low and continue stirring continuously until the truffle mixture thickens and pulls away from the bottom of the pan, reaching the rolling consistency (falling in clumps).
Dica: Be very careful, as white brigadeiro burns easily. Keep the heat low and stir constantly to prevent clumping and bitterness.
Transfer the cooked brigadeiro to a plate, spread it slightly, and cover it with plastic wrap, letting it cool completely at room temperature (not refrigerated).
Dica: It is essential that the brigadeiro is totally cool before shaping.
Wash and dry the grapes very well, as moisture can ruin the candy.
Dica: Make sure the fruit is completely dry before using it.
Lightly grease your hands with a little margarine for coating and take a portion of the cooled brigadeiro.
Dica: Use very little margarine so the mixture doesn't become too oily.
Flatten the brigadeiro dough with your fingers, place one washed grape in the center, and close the dough around the fruit, shaping it into a small ball.
Roll the grape truffles in the white chocolate sprinkles or another topping of your choice.
Dica: It is recommended to use quality sprinkles, as poor quality coatings can compromise the final flavor of the candy.
