Ingredients

Instructions
Cut the chicken into small pieces, into nugget-like shapes.
Season the chicken cubes according to your preference (details of the seasonings are in the original video description).
Prepare the breading mixture, which is simple, by combining the necessary ingredients.
Dip the seasoned chicken pieces into the prepared batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Fry the breaded chicken in hot oil, keeping the pieces separated to prevent them from sticking together during frying.
While the chicken is frying or immediately after, prepare the sauce by heating oil or olive oil in another pan.
Add the minced garlic to the hot oil/olive oil and sauté until it begins to lightly brown.
Add the ketchup, then the honey, and finally, add the soy sauce, mixing well to achieve a smooth sauce.
Toss the fried chicken pieces into the prepared sweet and sour sauce, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
Garnish the dish by sprinkling chopped fresh herbs over the top before serving.
