A practical recipe for preparing juicy homemade meatballs in a delicious fresh tomato sauce, ideal for serving with your favorite pasta.

Ingredients
- Bread
- Milk
- Eggs
- Herbs
- Ground meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Chopped rosemary
- 1leaf de Basil leaf
- Tomato puree
- same amount as puree de Water
Instructions
Chop the bread and soak it in the milk until it is very soft.
Incorporate the eggs into the bread and milk mixture, beating well to combine.
Add the herbs (finely chopped) to the bread and egg mixture.
Mix the previous preparation with the ground meat and season with salt and pepper.
Let the meatball mixture rest while you prepare the sauce.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and chopped rosemary.
Add the tomato puree and the same amount of water.
Add a basil leaf, reduce the heat, and simmer the sauce slowly.
Shape the meat mixture into small balls (meatballs) and place them directly into the sauce to cook.
Cover the pan and let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for approximately 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over your preferred pasta.
