- generous amount de Olive oil
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- powder de Sweet paprika
- powder de Hot paprika
- 1pinch de Salt
- a little de Shrimp stock (from shells) opcional

Instructions
Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet.
Dica: The oil should be quite hot to start the process.
Add the sliced garlic to the hot olive oil and quickly brown it so it transfers its flavor to the oil.
Dica: Be careful not to burn the garlic, just let it turn golden.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they start releasing their liquid and changing color.
Dica: It is normal for the shrimp to release liquid, as it helps form the sauce.
Season the shrimp by adding sweet paprika, hot paprika (use caution, as Spanish paprika is strong), and a pinch of salt.
Dica: Spanish paprika tends to be quite spicy.
Continue cooking, turning the shrimp so they cook evenly on both sides.
If you want to intensify the flavor, add a little stock made from shrimp shells to the seasonings.
Dica: This helps to further flavor the final sauce.
In a separate skillet, quickly toast the pieces of bread until crisp.
Dica: The bread will be used to accompany and soak up the seasoned oil.
Serve the garlic shrimp immediately, accompanied by the toasted bread (arranged like a 'pincho' if the bread is served underneath).
Dica: Serving without the bread constitutes a tapa.
