Instructions
In the blender, add the eggs, milk, and oil, and blend well for about one minute.
Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture, and briefly stir with a spoon to incorporate the dry ingredients into the liquid in the jar.
Dica: Mixing briefly with the spoon prevents the ingredients from sticking to the bottom before blending.
Blend the mixture again until a smooth, uniform batter is obtained.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a medium rectangular baking dish with butter and flour.
Pour half of the blended batter into the greased dish and spread evenly.
Distribute the filling layers: start with the ham, followed by the creamy cheese spread, the sliced tomatoes, and the sliced mozzarella. Layer as desired, ensuring it is well-filled.
Dica: There is no strict order for the filling; the important thing is to use all the ingredients.
Cover the filling with the remaining half of the batter from the blender, spreading carefully.
Finish by generously topping with grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkling oregano over it for garnish.
Dica: Provolone cheese can be used as a substitute for Parmesan.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until the batter is fully cooked and the top is nicely golden brown.
Dica: To check for doneness, perform the toothpick test: if it comes out clean, it is ready.
Remove from the oven and serve in squares, you can cut it while still warm.
Dica: Cutting while warm ensures a more visible stretchy texture.
