Ingredients
- 1/2cup de All-purpose flour
- 1/2cup de Sugar
- 1/2cup de Cocoa powder (50% cacao or preferred)
- 1tablespoon de Melted butter
- 1/2cup de Milk
- 1cup de Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (recommended mix)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
Add the melted butter and milk to the dry mixture.
Mix all ingredients until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
Dica: The batter should be perfectly smooth.
Fold in the cup of chocolate (chips and/or chopped) into the batter, mixing one last time.
Dica: The melted chocolate will act as the central creamy filling.
Grease a microwave-safe dish (about 6 inches wide) with butter and dust lightly with cocoa powder.
Pour the batter into the dish, making sure it does not fill more than halfway up the sides to prevent it from overflowing while cooking.
Microwave on high power for 3 to 4 minutes, maximum.
Dica: The brownie will look moist when done; this is normal for this method.
Remove from the microwave and let the brownie cool slightly before cutting into squares (suggested 9 pieces).
Dica: A toothpick inserted should still feel moist but firm.
