Ingredients
- Chickpeas
- Water
- Olive oil
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme opcional
- Oregano opcional
- Rosemary
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas by covering them with water in a bowl and letting them rest for 8 hours.
Discard the soaking water and transfer the chickpeas to the pressure cooker.
Add fresh water to cover the chickpeas and bring to high heat until pressurized.
After reaching pressure, lower the heat and cook for exactly 25 minutes.
Transfer the cooked chickpeas to the air fryer basket.
Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and one or both herbs (thyme/oregano) and rosemary.
Mix all ingredients well inside the air fryer to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.
Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 25 minutes, or until the snack is very crispy.
Dica: Let them cool before eating to maximize crispiness.
