Ingredients
- 1something de Peanut butter
- 1a little de Lime juice
- 1a little de Heavy cream
- 1a little de Soy sauce
- 1a little de Honey opcional
- 1a little de Curry powder
- as needed de Water
- no measure de All-purpose flour
- no measure de Baking powder
- 1unit de Egg
- unit/quantity de Squid
- to taste de White ground pepper
Instructions
Prepare the sauce: mix the peanut butter, a small amount of lime juice, heavy cream, soy sauce, honey (if using), and curry powder.
Gradually add water to the sauce until you reach the desired consistency and set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, egg, and a little water to create the dredging batter.
Mix the batter ingredients until you achieve a smooth and appropriate consistency.
Season the squid with white ground pepper (a generous amount) and other seasonings to taste.
Dica: The more pepper, the better.
Dredge the squid pieces in the prepared batter.
Deep-fry the battered squid until golden brown.
Serve the fried squid alongside the turbo peanut sauce.
