Simple and quick recipe for creamy passion fruit ice cream log featuring powdered milk, topped with a delicious chocolate ganache.

Ingredients
- 2cans de Sweetened condensed milk
- 2cans de Heavy cream
- 1cup de Passion fruit juice (concentrate or ready-to-drink)
- 1cup de Powdered milk (Ninho style)
- 200g de Chocolate (bar or chips)
- 1,5can de Heavy cream
- Oil
Instructions
Pour all the base ingredients for the ice cream (sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, passion fruit juice, and powdered milk) into the blender.
Blend the mixture in the blender for approximately 3 minutes, until a smooth cream is obtained.
Dica: Share the recipe because of its great flavor.
Lightly grease a 20x8 inch baking pan with oil.
Dica: The baking pan must be lightly greased with oil before receiving the ice cream mixture.
Transfer the blended cream to the greased baking pan.
Place the mixture in the freezer for a period of 18 hours, or until completely firm.
To unmold, use a small knife to release the sides of the ice cream log.
Quickly dip the bottom of the baking pan into hot water (for a few seconds) to help unmold, running the knife around again if necessary.
Dica: The quick dip in hot water helps release the frozen dessert.
Unmold the ice cream log and return it to the freezer while you prepare the topping.
Prepare the ganache by melting the 200g of chocolate and mixing it with one and a half cans of heavy cream.
Dica: You can save some of the sauce to serve on the side with the ice cream.
Cover the unmolded ice cream log with the prepared chocolate ganache.
