Recipe for a creamy and super easy passion fruit and powdered milk frozen dessert, ideal to make at home and keep in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 2can de sweetened condensed milk
- 2,5can de heavy cream
- 1cup de pure passion fruit juice
- 1cup de milk powder
- oil
- 200grams de semisweet chocolate
- 1,5can de heavy cream
Instructions
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, passion fruit juice, and milk powder in a blender.
Dica: The blending step only takes a few minutes.
Grease a bundt pan (8 inches) with a little oil, spreading with a paper towel until it looks shiny.
Dica: The oil helps with unmolding later.
Pour the blended mixture from the blender into the greased pan.
Place the pan in the freezer to freeze for a minimum of 12 hours, or until the frozen dessert is very firm.
Dica: The suggested ideal freezing time is 18 hours.
To unmold, run a knife around the edges of the pan, and if necessary for easier release, briefly dip the bottom of the pan in hot water.
Dica: Check if the frozen dessert is loose by slightly tilting the pan to allow air in before unmolding completely.
Prepare the topping: melt the semisweet chocolate (you can do this in the microwave) and mix it with 1 and a half cans of heavy cream to create a ganache.
Dica: Prepare the topping only after the frozen dessert is firm.
Cover the unmolded frozen dessert with the prepared chocolate ganache.
Dica: After adding the topping, if desired, return the frozen dessert to the freezer for a short period.
