Ingredients
- 2small cans de Sweetened condensed milk
- 2small cans de Heavy cream
- 1cup de 50% Cocoa powder
- 1cup de Milk powder
- 160g de Bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2cup de Filtered water
- 12packets de Gelatin
Instructions
In a blender, add two small cans of sweetened condensed milk, two small cans of heavy cream, one cup of 50% cocoa powder, and one cup of milk powder.
Melt 160g of bittersweet chocolate and add it to the blender mixture, blending for 3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, add half a cup of room temperature filtered water and sprinkle the gelatin over it, letting it hydrate for 3 minutes.
Heat the hydrated gelatin until it is very hot, without letting it boil.
Pour the hot gelatin into the blender mixture and blend for another 1 minute.
Grease a loaf pan (or terrine mold) with oil and pour the entire mixture inside.
Place in the freezer to chill for 12 to 18 hours, or until completely firm.
To unmold, run a thin knife along the sides of the pan to loosen the frozen dessert.
Dica: To easily release it, briefly place the bottom of the mold over hot water.
Unmold the frozen dessert (Sorvetão) and serve.
Dica: The inclusion of gelatin ensures that the frozen dessert does not melt quickly when served at the table.
