Ingredients
- 1head de Cauliflower
- Salt
- 2tablespoons de ButterSubstitui por: margarina
- 1tablespoon de All-Purpose Flour
- 400ml de Milk
- 100grams de Cream Cheese
- Black Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 100grams de Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Steam the cauliflower until tender
Dica: Use a steamer basket to cook the cauliflower
Melt the butter in a saucepan
Add the all-purpose flour and sauté
Dica: Stir constantly to prevent burning
Add the milk and cream cheese
Dica: Stir well to prevent lumps
Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the white sauce over it
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10-15 minutes
