  • 100grams de Shiitake mushroom
  • 30grams de Butter
  • 30milliliters de White wine

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly

Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, grated garlic, and thyme

Mix the seasoned potatoes well with the Heinz Mayonnaise

Place the potatoes in a baking dish and add mushrooms sautéed with salt, black pepper, and olive oil
