Creamy and delicious flan made with sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream

Ingredients
- 1,5cups de Granulated Sugar
- 1/2cups de Water
- 3whole de Eggs
- 1can de Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 500ml de Heavy CreamSubstitui por: leite integral
- 2whole de Egg Yolks
- 1teaspoon de Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan and cook until a caramel syrup forms.
Dica: Do not stir the syrup once you turn on the heat.
Pour the caramel syrup into a flan mold (or Bundt pan) and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, whole eggs, heavy cream, egg yolks, and vanilla extract.
Dica: Mix well until you achieve a smooth, uniform mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared flan mold and bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Dica: Check if the flan is firm and creamy before removing it from the oven.
Allow the flan to cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
