Ingredients

- 3tablespoons de Oat bran
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- Filtered water
- Butter or olive oil
- Tomato
- Aromatic pepper (flavorful chili)
- Dill
- Mint
- Cucumber
- Pickled red onion
- Goat cheese
- Pomegranate seeds
Instructions

Mix the couscous, oat bran, and salt in a bowl

Add filtered water until the mixture is covered and let it hydrate for 10 minutes
