Ingredients
- Tuscan sausage
- 1very generous tablespoon de Butter

- 2grill handfuls (approx. 6 tablespoons) de Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1generous squirt de Mustard
- 1portion de Garlic
- 1pinch de Oregano opcional
- 1small amount de Chopped parsley opcional
Instructions
Grill the Tuscan sausages over medium coals (about an 8-second hand distance) for about 10 minutes per side, without piercing them to retain juiciness, until they are golden brown.
Dica: Do not pierce the sausage before placing it over the coals so you don't lose the moisture.
While the sausage cooks, prepare the stuffing cream. In a bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mustard, minced garlic, oregano, and parsley.
Dica: Do not add salt to the cream, as the cheeses and sausage are already seasoned.
Remove the sausages from the heat once they are nicely browned and let them rest briefly.
Dica: Resting helps maintain juiciness when slicing.
Make a cut lengthwise along the side of each sausage (without completely separating the halves) to create an opening for the filling, opening it butterfly style.
Dica: Keep the structure of the sausage as intact as possible, resembling a butterfly.
Generously stuff each opened sausage with a portion of the prepared cheese and garlic cream.
Dica: Don't skimp on the filling: use a generous amount.
Place the stuffed sausages in a baking sheet and return them to the grill for the cheese to melt, for approximately 5 minutes.
Dica: The grilling time at this stage is to melt the filling.
Remove from the heat and let the stuffed sausages rest for one minute before serving.
Dica: Garnish with a little fresh chopped parsley for decoration, if desired.
