An extremely easy recipe for baked savory dough, using only three main ingredients for the dough, yielding seven large pieces.

Ingredients
- 2cup de All-purpose flour
- 250g de Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Ham
- Cheese
- Tomato
- Oregano opcional
- Grated Parmesan cheese opcional
- Sesame seeds opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt.
Gradually add the mayonnaise to the flour mixture, incorporating the dough. The entire amount of mayonnaise (250g) can be used, but add little by little until the right consistency is reached.
Dica: There is no need to knead the dough; just mix until combined.
Roll out the dough and fill it with your desired ingredients (classic suggestion: ham, cheese, and tomato).
Dica: The dough does not need to rest or rise.
Shape the rolls and thoroughly seal the edges.
Brush the surface of the savory snacks with a little liquid (water or egg yolk, if desired) to help them brown.
Dica: Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan, oregano, or sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F or 400°F [180°C or 200°C] for approximately 25 minutes, or until nicely golden brown.
