An extremely easy recipe for chicken hearts cooked directly in a skillet, seasoned and finished with onion and parsley.

Ingredients
- Chicken hearts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Water
- Onion
- Parsley
Instructions
Season the chicken hearts (make sure the pieces are already well cleaned).
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and add the seasoned chicken hearts. Be careful, as they may splatter.
Dica: Cover the skillet while cooking to prevent grease from splattering everywhere.
Cook, lifting the lid occasionally to stir, until all the liquid/fat at the bottom of the skillet has completely dried up and the hearts are nicely browned.
Dica: Leaving some of the natural fat on top can make the final result tastier.
When the skillet is dry, add a little water and mix in the chopped onion.
Adjust the amount of salt if necessary.
Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley over top before serving.
Dica: Serve immediately, as this is an excellent appetizer.
