Recipe for extremely fluffy and seasoned homemade bread that melts in your mouth. Can be made by hand or with a stand mixer.

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Sugar
- Warm milk
- All-purpose flour
- Yeast (for bread)
- Softened butter (for brushing)
- Parsley
- Garlic
Instructions
In a stand mixer, add the eggs, oil, butter, salt, sugar, and warm milk.
Lightly mix the above ingredients just to combine them.
Add a portion of the all-purpose flour that was previously mixed with the bread yeast.
Dica: Check the original video instructions for the exact amount of yeast.
Add the remaining all-purpose flour and continue mixing until the dough reaches the desired consistency (if using a stand mixer).
Dica: If mixing by hand, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is very smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After resting, shape the dough into small balls or your preferred shape and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Dica: This dough is versatile for various shapes.
Cover the baking sheet and allow for a second proofing of 1 hour.
Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C).
Dica: The estimated baking time is 30 minutes, but check for the perfect doneness.
While the buns are baking, prepare the topping by mixing softened butter, chopped parsley, and garlic (to taste).
As soon as the buns come out of the oven, generously brush the seasoned butter mixture over them while they are still hot.
Dica: Brush immediately so that the butter melts and the seasoning incorporates well.
