Ingredients
- Almond flour
- 1unit de Apple
- Coconut
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom
- Tapioca starch
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Eggs
- Oil
- Demerara sugar
Instructions
Cut the apple in half and reserve half for the top of the cake
Mix the almonds, coconut, sugar, and cinnamon to make the topping
Grind the cardamom until it becomes a powder and mix it with the dry ingredients
Mix the liquids, eggs, and oil with demerara sugar
Add the dry ingredients and half of the apple to the liquid mixture
Grease the pan with oil and line it with parchment paper
Add the topping crumble and place it in the air fryer
Bake the cake for 50 minutes and remove the aluminum foil after 25 minutes
