- 80g de Orzo pasta
- 85g de Kabocha squash (Japanese pumpkin)
- Butter
- Garlic
- Thyme opcional
- Nutmeg opcional
- 1,5teaspoon de Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Water
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon opcional
- Labneh (strained yogurt) opcional
- Pumpkin seeds opcional
- Fresh parsley opcional
- Gorgonzola cheese opcional
- Watercress opcional
- Tapioca starch crispies opcional
- Cashews opcional
- Buffalo mozzarella opcional
- Fresh herbs opcional
- Olive oil opcional
Instructions

refogarMelt one tablespoon of butter in a pot and add one minced clove of garlic.

Add the diced kabocha squash and season with salt, cayenne pepper, and thyme.
