  • 1tablespoon de Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • 1/3cup de Brandy (or Cognac)
  • 1cup de Heavy Cream
  • 1teaspoon de Soy Sauce opcional
  • 1teaspoon de Chopped Capers opcional

Instructions

Coarsely grind the black peppercorns

Dica: Use a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle to grind the pepper

Heat a high-sided skillet

Season the steaks with sea salt and ground pepper

Add butter and olive oil to the skillet
