A classic for meat lovers, made with boneless striploin steak, black peppercorns, butter, olive oil, and heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 3units de Boneless Striploin Steaks (Ancho Fit)
- 1,5tablespoons de Black Peppercorns
- 2tablespoons de Butter
- 1tablespoon de Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- 1/3cup de Brandy (or Cognac)
- 1cup de Heavy Cream
- 1teaspoon de Soy Sauce opcional
- 1teaspoon de Chopped Capers opcional
Instructions
Coarsely grind the black peppercorns
Dica: Use a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle to grind the pepper
Heat a high-sided skillet
Season the steaks with sea salt and ground pepper
Add butter and olive oil to the skillet
Cook the steaks
Dica: Let them brown on one side without moving them
Remove the steaks and discard the fat from the skillet
Add brandy (or cognac) to the skillet and let it flambé
Add heavy cream, capers, and soy sauce to the skillet
Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute
Serve the steak with the sauce
