Ingredients
- 1kg de Rump Roast (or Beef Round Roast)
- 50ml de Soy Sauce
- 100ml de White Wine
- 2tablespoons de Mustard
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 50ml de Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 de Bay Leaves
- 4 de Whole Cloves
- Thyme
- 50ml de Oil
- 50g de Butter
Instructions
Mix the Soy Sauce, White Wine, Mustard, Garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce in a bowl
Place the Rump Roast in a plastic bag and add the marinade, Bay Leaves, Whole Cloves, and Thyme
Massage the meat well, remove the air from the bag, then seal it and refrigerate for 24 hours
Remove the meat from the marinade, pat it completely dry with paper towels, and sear in a hot skillet with oil
Place the meat in a deep baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes
Remove the meat from the oven, wrap it in aluminum foil, and refrigerate until completely chilled
Slice the roast beef thinly, only after it is completely cold
