Recipe for homemade roast beef for Christmas Dinner, made with eye of round roast and seasonings

Ingredients
- 1kg de Eye of Round Roast (or Beef Round Roast)
- 50ml de Soy Sauce
- 100ml de White Wine
- 2tablespoons de Mustard
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 50ml de Worcestershire Sauce
- 2leaves de Bay Leaves
- 4 de Whole Cloves
- Thyme
- 50ml de Oil
- 50g de Butter
Instructions
Mix the soy sauce, white wine, mustard, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl
Add the bay leaves, whole cloves, and thyme to the mixture
Place the eye of round roast in a plastic bag and add the seasoning mixture
Seal the plastic bag and massage the meat to allow the seasonings to penetrate
Refrigerate the meat for at least 24 hours
Heat oil in a skillet and pat the meat dry
Place the meat in a roasting pan and add thyme and butter
Roast the meat in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 30-45 minutes
