Homemade mayonnaise recipe made in a blender.

Ingredients
- 2unit de Chicken egg
- 2teaspoon de Mustard
- 2teaspoon de Miso paste opcional
- 1pinch de Salt
- Organic soybean oil
- Olive oil
- Lemon
Instructions

Add the eggs, mustard, miso paste (if using), and salt to the blender.

Add the organic soybean oil and olive oil to the blender, in three stages, starting with the first third of the oil.
Dica: Pour the oil in very slowly

Continue adding the oil in small amounts, gradually increasing the speed.

Add a few drops of lemon and continue blending until you achieve the desired mayonnaise consistency.
