Ingredients
- 4medium de potatoes
- 1teaspoon de salt

Instructions

Wash the potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch
Dica: This helps to remove excess starch

Slice the potatoes using a mandoline with a crinkle-cut blade

Combine the salt, onion powder, and dried parsley to create the seasoning blend

Lightly coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning over them
