A simple and delicious chicken pâté recipe for snacks and light meals

Ingredients
- 1unit de Chicken breast
- 1teaspoon de Annatto powder (or paprika for color)
- 1teaspoon de Turmeric
- 1teaspoon de Oregano
- 1teaspoon de Chili powder blend (or mixed herbs)
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- Water
- 100grams de Corn opcional
- 2tablespoons de Creamy cheese spreadSubstitui por: Ricota
Instructions

Place the chopped chicken breast in the pressure cooker

Add the annatto powder, turmeric, oregano, chili powder, and salt to the pot
3
Cover the chicken with water and stir

Drain the cooking liquid and set aside

Shred the cooked chicken

Add the corn and creamy cheese spread to the shredded chicken

Mix all ingredients and adjust salt to taste
