Ingredients

  • 1teaspoon de Oregano
  • 1teaspoon de Chili powder blend (or mixed herbs)
  • 1teaspoon de Salt
  • Water
  • 100grams de Corn opcional
  • 2tablespoons de Creamy cheese spread

Instructions

Place the chopped chicken breast in the pressure cooker

Add the annatto powder, turmeric, oregano, chili powder, and salt to the pot

Cover the chicken with water and stir

Drain the cooking liquid and set aside

Shred the cooked chicken
