Ingredients
- All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- Olive oil
- Active dry yeast
- Sugar
- Salt
- 1 de Egg
- Warm water
Instructions
Dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
Add the egg and olive oil to the flour mixture
Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands
Let the dough rest in a warm, humid spot
Divide the dough into 20 equal pieces
Form balls with each piece of dough and shape them into a rectangle
Place the rectangles on a non-stick baking sheet
Lightly mist the tops of the rectangles with water to help them brown nicely
Bake the soft rolls in the oven until golden brown
