Ingredients

  • 500g de Cooked and shredded chicken
  • 200g de Bacon
  • 150g de Canned corn
  • 1 de Ham
  • 1lata de Shredded carrots
  • 200g de Hearts of palm
  • 100g de Raisins
  • 50g de Green olives opcional
  • para decorar de Batata palha opcional
  • para decorar de Cebolinha opcional
Molho
  • 1caixa de Mayonnaise
  • 1colher de sopa de Heavy cream
  • 1/2 de Shoestring potato sticks
  • a gosto de Maionese
  • a gosto de Azeite
  • a gosto de Sal
  • a gosto de Pimenta do reino

Cook and shred the chicken. Set aside once cool.

Cook the bacon until very crispy. Drain well and chop roughly.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, diced ham, shredded carrots, chopped hearts of palm, raisins, and chopped green olives.
