  • Olive oil
  • 1unit de Onion

  • 2cup de Shredded Chester (or roasted turkey/chicken)
  • 3tablespoon de Tomato paste
  • 2cup de Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2tablespoon de Chopped parsley
  • 1cup de Diced ham
  • 3cup de Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2cup de Chopped celery opcional
  • 1/2cup de Red bell pepper strips opcional
  • 1/2cup de Raisins opcional
  • 1cup de Mayonnaise
  • 1/2cup de Plain yogurt
  • 1cup de Shoestring potato chips (for topping)

Instructions

Sauté the chopped onion in the olive oil.
