A delicious recipe for repurposing leftover Christmas Chester (or roasted turkey/chicken). A creamy and flavorful cold salad.

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1unit de Onion
- 2cloves de Garlic
- 2cup de Shredded Chester (or roasted turkey/chicken)
- 3tablespoon de Tomato paste
- 2cup de Heavy cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2tablespoon de Chopped parsley
- 1cup de Diced ham
- 3cup de Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2cup de Chopped celery opcional
- 1/2cup de Red bell pepper strips opcional
- 1/2cup de Raisins opcional
- 1cup de Mayonnaise
- 1/2cup de Plain yogurt
- 1cup de Shoestring potato chips (for topping)
Instructions
Sauté the chopped onion in the olive oil.
Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add the shredded Chester (or turkey/chicken) and mix.
Add the tomato paste and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the chopped parsley and mix.
In a serving dish, combine the cooked poultry mixture with the ham, shredded mozzarella, celery, bell pepper, raisins, parsley, mayonnaise, and plain yogurt.
Finish by topping with shoestring potato chips and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
