Ingredients
- 1unit de cooked potato
- 1tablespoon de creamy cream cheese

- diced tomato
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- shredded chicken opcional
- ground beef opcional
Instructions
Mash the cooked potato in a bowl using a fork.
Incorporate the creamy cream cheese into the mashed potato, mixing well until you achieve a smooth dough.
Heat a skillet and spread half of the potato mixture on the bottom, forming an even layer.
Cover the potato layer with grated carrot, diced tomato, and shredded mozzarella cheese. (If desired, substitute the vegetables with chicken or ground beef filling).
Dica: The filling can be adjusted to your liking.
Add the remaining potato mixture on top, spreading carefully to cover all the filling.
Cook over low heat, browning both sides of the potato 'pancake' until the cheese melts and the base is crispy.
Remove from heat, serve immediately, and enjoy.
