A very easy and quick skillet pizza recipe, ideal for any time of day, with a dough that rises and turns out delicious.

Ingredients
- 1cup de All-purpose flour
- 3g de Dry active yeast
- 1count de Egg
- 1/2level tablespoon de Granulated sugar
- 1level teaspoon de Salt
- 2tablespoons de Oil
- 1/4cup de Room temperature water
- 9g de Fresh yeast opcionalSubstitui por: fermento biológico seco
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Shredded chicken opcional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and the dry active yeast.
Dica: If using fresh yeast, add the 9g dissolved in the liquid for the recipe.
In the center of the dry mixture, add the egg, granulated sugar, salt, oil, and room temperature water (or 50 ml).
Mix all ingredients very well with a spoon until the dough is smooth.
Let the dough rise in a covered place for one hour.
Dica: This amount yields enough dough for two pizzas.
Grease a skillet with oil and spread half of the dough, shaping it into a pizza.
Dica: To make spreading the dough in the skillet easier, briefly dip the spoon you are using into the oil.
Place the skillet over medium-low heat, cover, and cook until the surface of the dough is completely cooked through.
Dica: The heat should be medium-low so the bottom doesn't burn.
Flip the cooked dough and prepare to fill the other side, removing the skillet from the heat.
Apply the sauce, add the mozzarella, and other toppings of your choice (like chicken).
Dica: Use plenty of sauce if you like.
Return the skillet to very low heat and cover until the cheese is completely melted.
Dica: Keep the heat low to prevent the bottom from burning.
Remove from heat, slice, and serve the pizza.
Dica: This dough is soft and great for selling as well.
