Instructions
In the blender, add the liquid ingredients for the dough: milk, eggs, soybean oil, and salt.
Turn on the blender and briefly mix the liquids.
Dica: If your blender isn't very powerful, just blend the liquids.
Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the blender.
Dica: If your appliance can't handle it, transfer the mixture to a separate bowl and mix in the remaining flour and baking powder by hand, without kneading.
Blend the mixture until all ingredients are uniform. If necessary, use a spatula to help scrape down the flour from the sides.
Dica: Kneading this dough is unnecessary and not recommended.
Prepare your pizza pans by greasing them with baking spray, or alternatively, with oil/butter and flour.
Dica: Baking spray can be found via the link in the description.
Divide the dough evenly between the two pizza pans.
Dica: This dough is enough for two pans sized approximately 15 inches (38 cm) in diameter, or two medium pizzas.
Pre-bake the doughs in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 10 minutes.
Dica: The oven should be preheated before placing the doughs inside.
Remove the partially baked doughs from the oven and begin assembling. Spread a generous layer of homemade tomato sauce over each one.
Dica: Use the homemade tomato sauce recipe previously shown on the channel.
Distribute the shredded cheese over the sauce, followed by your preferred toppings. For the first pizza, use pepperoni sausage, corn, and olives. For the second, use chicken, tomato, and olives.
Dica: You can use any toppings you like, such as bacon and corn, or just pepperoni and onion.
Add dollops of creamy cheese spread (Catupiry) over the toppings for an extra touch.
Dica: On the second pizza, place the creamy cheese spread in specific spots ('pinguins') for a different effect than the first one.
Finish both pizzas by sprinkling oregano over the top.
Return the assembled pizzas to the oven, now set to 400°F (200°C), to melt the cheese and finish cooking the toppings.
Dica: The temperature is increased to brown the cheese and the pepperoni sausage.
