Ingredients
- 2unit de Eggs
- 3tablespoon de Tapioca starch
- to taste de Salt
- to taste de Mozzarella cheese
- for greasing de Oil
Instructions
Crack the two eggs into an appropriate bowl.
Add three tablespoons of tapioca starch to the egg mixture.
Add salt to your desired amount and vigorously mix all ingredients until you achieve a smooth batter.
Incorporate the mozzarella cheese, adjusting the amount to your preference, and mix well again.
Pour all the prepared batter into the sandwich maker (or panini press) that has been lightly greased with oil.
Close the sandwich maker and cook until the little bread is nicely golden brown and fully cooked through.
