Recipe inspired by a French baker to quickly make homemade bread in a skillet, without needing an oven.

Ingredients
- 2cups de All-purpose flour
- 5g de Active dry yeast for bread
- 1teaspoon de Salt
- 2tablespoons de Sugar
- 400ml de Water
- enough to grease de Oil
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and active dry yeast, mixing well.
Add the salt and sugar to the mixture and stir again to incorporate.
Gradually add the water while mixing until the dough reaches the ideal consistency.
Knead the dough with your hands until it is very smooth.
Grease a bowl with a little oil and rub oil onto the dough ball.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for one hour.
After resting, grease a countertop, place the dough on it, and begin kneading.
Repeat the process by re-oiling the bowl and the dough, and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Grease a skillet with a little oil.
Roll out the dough and line the bottom of the skillet with it.
Cover the skillet and cook over low heat until the bottom side begins to brown.
Carefully flip the bread and let the other side brown.
Remove the bread from the skillet as soon as both sides are golden brown and serve.
