Ingredients
- 250g de Guava paste (Goiabada)
- 200g de Heavy cream
Instructions
Place most of the guava paste (reserving a small amount) in the blender.
Add the heavy cream to the blender along with the guava paste.
Blend the ingredients until the guava paste is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Dica: The ideal consistency is when the guava paste dissolves completely.
Transfer half of the resulting cream to a freezer-safe container.
Spread chunks of the reserved guava paste over the first layer of cream in the container.
Cover with the remaining cream and repeat adding guava paste chunks on top (if you want more layers).
Place the container in the freezer until the ice cream is firm.
Dica: Freezing time varies depending on your freezer's power.
