  • 1unit de Pineapple
  • 3drizzles de Olive oil

  • 200grams de Smoked Calabresa sausage
  • 1unit de Onion
  • 1tablespoon de Garlic
  • 1unit de Carrot
  • 1/2cup de Raisins
  • Salt
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2tablespoons de Butter
    Substitui por: margarina
  • 3cups de Cassava flour (Farofa)
  • 2tablespoons de Parsley

Instructions

Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the flesh.

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp.

Add the smoked calabresa sausage and cook until well browned.

Add the onion, garlic, and carrot, and cook until softened.

Add the raisins and cook for a few minutes.
