Ingredients
- 3units de eggs
- 150g de butter
- 1,5cup de sugar
- 1pinch de salt
- 2,5cup de chocolate drink mix (like Nesquik)
- 1,75cup de all-purpose flour
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the three eggs, butter, and sugar.
Add a pinch of salt and the chocolate drink mix, beating the mixture until all the powder is dissolved.
Dica: Stop the mixer occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well combined.
Add the all-purpose flour (almost two cups) to the batter and mix a little more. There is no need to sift the flour.
Dica: The rustic technique is typical for this brownie, so skipping the sifting of the flour is recommended.
Grease a baking pan with oil and lightly dust with all-purpose flour.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
Dica: Monitor the baking time. The ideal doneness is when a toothpick inserted comes out slightly moist, but not soaked or dry, to prevent the brownie from turning into cake.
After removing from the oven, check the crust that has formed. Perform the toothpick test to confirm the internal moisture level before serving.
Dica: The visual cue of a 'slight shell' is an indication that the right level of internal moisture has been achieved.
