Recipe for vegan Chinese Bao, also known as steamed buns, made with a fermented dough and vegetable filling.

Ingredients
- 300g de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 15g de Sugar
- 1g de Salt
- 3g de Dry active yeast
- 3g de Baking powder
- 150ml de Water
- 200g de Cabbage
- 50g de Carrot
- 100g de Shiitake mushrooms
- 1bunch de Glass noodles (cellophane noodles)
- Sesame oil
- Soy sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, dry active yeast, and baking powder.
Add the water to the flour mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling by finely chopping the cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms.
Add the sesame oil and soy sauce to the filling and mix thoroughly.
Roll out the dough and place the filling in the center.
Fold the dough over the filling and shape it into a bun.
Place the buns in a steamer basket and steam for 10-12 minutes.
