  • 300g de All-purpose flour
    Substitui por: farinha de arroz
  • 15g de Sugar
  • 1g de Salt
  • 3g de Dry active yeast
  • 3g de Baking powder
  • 150ml de Water
  • 200g de Cabbage
  • 50g de Carrot
  • 100g de Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1bunch de Glass noodles (cellophane noodles)
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, dry active yeast, and baking powder.
