Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- 1/2cup de Ricotta cheese
- 1/2cup de Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2cup de Parmesan cheese
- 20 de Cherry tomatoes
- 3tablespoon de Olive oil
- 1/4teaspoon de Salt
- 0,13teaspoon de Black pepper
- Thyme
- Egg yolk
- All-purpose flour
Instructions
Mix the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until smooth.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place the cheese mixture in the center, forming a circle.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture, placing them close together.
Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry inward to form a rustic border, and brush with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
