Ingredients
- 2cup de All-purpose flourSubstitui por: farinha de arroz
- 1cup de Fine cornmeal
- 1/4cup de Sugar
- 5g de Dry yeast
- 60ml de Oil
- 1/2teaspoon de Salt
- 200ml de Water
- 1/2teaspoon de Fennel seeds opcional
- 1tablespoon de Butter
- 1tablespoon de All-purpose flour (for sauce)
- 250ml de Milk
- 1/2cup de Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2slice de Homemade corn bread
- 2slice de Pork loin
- 2slice de Minas standard cheese
- 1teaspoon de Dijon mustard
- 1unit de Egg
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients for the homemade corn bread in a bowl
Add the liquid ingredients for the homemade corn bread and mix
Knead the homemade corn bread dough for 10-15 minutes
Let the homemade corn bread dough rise for 40 minutes
Prepare the béchamel sauce
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the béchamel sauce and mix
Assemble the sandwich with the homemade corn bread, pork loin, Minas standard cheese, and béchamel sauce
Place the sandwich in the oven to brown the top
