A simple and easy prestígio (chocolate and coconut) ice cream dessert, ideal for Christmas and New Year's, made in a blender with no cooking required.

Ingredients
- 200g de Milk chocolate or bittersweet chocolate
- 1box de Heavy cream
- 200ml de Coconut milk
- 1cup de Milk powder
- 1,5box de Sweetened condensed milk
- 2box de Heavy cream
- 40g de Shredded coconut
Instructions
Prepare the topping (ganache) by mixing the chocolate and the heated heavy cream (you can do this in the microwave) until the chocolate is completely melted.
Dica: The heavy cream should be hot to help melt the chocolate faster.
Pour the prepared ganache into the bottom of a flan mold (preferably one that has been chilled in the freezer) to create the final layer of the dessert.
Dica: Use good quality chocolate (real chocolate) and not compound coating for sweets.
Place the mold with the ganache in the freezer for about 10 minutes so that this layer firms up well before adding the ice cream base.
Dica: A cold mold helps speed up the firming of the ganache.
In the blender, add and blend all the ice cream base ingredients: coconut milk, heavy cream, milk powder, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.
Dica: If desired, the shredded coconut can just be stirred in instead of blended, in case you prefer larger pieces in the ice cream.
Pour the blended ice cream base over the already firmed ganache layer in the flan mold.
Dica: Check that the mold is the correct size for the volume of the base to avoid waste.
Place the ice cream flan in the freezer to chill and freeze completely for a period of about one day to overnight (or up to two days).
Dica: The longer it stays in the freezer, the firmer the ice cream will become.
To unmold, lightly warm the outside of the mold, for example, by briefly placing it over a stove burner, to help release the flan.
Dica: Heat only as much as necessary to release it, watching carefully so as not to melt the ice cream.
Unmold the ice cream flan and finish by decorating the surface with chopped pieces of chocolate, if desired.
