Instructions
Make sure the flan is completely cold before attempting to unmold it. Trying to unmold it while warm greatly increases the risk of the dessert falling apart.
Dica: Do not try to unmold warm flan, as the chances of it breaking are enormous.
If the flan is stuck to the bottom of the mold, place the mold directly over the stovetop burner.
Heat briefly over low heat.
Dica: The gentle heat functions to lightly melt the caramel that is in contact with the bottom of the mold.
Check if the caramel has softened enough and proceed to carefully invert the flan onto the serving plate.
Dica: With the caramel melted, the flan will release easily without risk of breaking.
