- 1cup (240 ml) de Milk

- to taste de Tomato sauce
- to taste de Mozzarella cheese
- to taste de Gorgonzola cheese
- to taste de Tomato (slices)
- to taste de Grated Parmesan cheese
- pinch de Oregano
Instructions
In the blender, add the egg, milk, and melted butter.
Dica: Use the 8 oz (240ml) cup as the standard measure.
Blend the liquid ingredients quickly just to combine.
Add the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder to the blender.
Dica: Using baking powder eliminates the need for the dough to rest.
Blend again until the batter is smooth, using a spatula to scrape down the sides if necessary.
Dica: The final texture should resemble a thick cake batter.
Divide the batter into two parts, spreading one half evenly over the pizza pan, creating a thin layer.
Dica: This batter yields two pizzas.
Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 400°F (200ºC) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and the surface is dry.
Dica: If you prefer, flip the crust and briefly bake the other side for extra crispiness.
Remove the par-baked crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce on top.
Distribute the mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheese to taste over the sauce.
Add the tomato slices and finish with grated Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Dica: Placing Parmesan over the tomatoes gives a special flavor.
Return the pizza to the oven for approximately 5 minutes, just until the cheese is completely melted.
